As part of Premiere’s seven-step methodology, every month we are actively seeding our client’s websites into more and more classifieds and web directories.
Classifieds are websites that have a short time duration (example: Craig’s list) where we can promote your business with a paragraph or two of content, with selective keywords that are then back linked to pages deep within your sites. These are the types of quality back links that search engines love and over time, can help give individual pages within your site high quality PageRank (PR). This process is highly time consuming and laboriously because it cannot be done manually, further, not every classified site is appropriate. Premiere only selects and targets sites that have very high PR in search engines eyes, further classifieds have a limited duration and must be constantly attended to or they will die (renewal).
Directories are similar to classifieds, except more of them have a greater time period before they require updates. Additionally directories while national or global in nature, many of the strongest ones are hyper local to specific areas or towns. Since search engine results (SERPs) are delivered first locally, an important part of any Premiere SEO program is to target those specific LOCAL directories where back links to your website will have the most effect. Again this process like classified insertion can only be done manually and takes considerable time and effort. For a typical Premiere client, over a (12) month period, Premiere will build back links with anchor text in more than 200 to 800 classifieds and directories.
