Challenge: Kidzvillage.com was a Flash-based Website for a children’s play facility. The site had a low discovery rate for Web users that generated 500 visitors per month. Word of mouth was good but very limited and most visitors lived within a two- to five-mile radius. The company needed more visitors at the gate, a bigger reach, and more birthday parties booked. Premiere Created thought that Kidz Village was a great idea and if people only new about it, more would come.

 

Solution: Premiere Creative analyzed the situation and concluded the company had a sound business plan and an attractive offering, and that attracting more clients was simply a matter of spreading the word, which could be most effectively accomplished by retooling their Web presence. We rebuilt their site, converting from Flash to an HTML version, and optimized the content to drive more traffic to it.

 

Result: Unique site visitors jumped from 500 to 7,000 (a 12,000% increase!) in under 5 months. The site now generates an ROI 32 times the monthly costs of maintaining the site. Management is now realizing the potential for a significant upside and has found a second location in central New Jersey to open in the fourth quarter of 2010. Thanks to their new website, it looks like this village is expanding.
