Challenge: The Knowles Restaurant Group, which owns and operates five high-end dining and event facilities, was eager to boost the volume of its wedding reception business. The group had five separate Flash sites for its properties containing limited information, no visibility on the Web, and poorly-displayed information. Customers and potential customers, who knew the restaurants solely due to brand name or loyalty, called for information that should have been easily available on the Web, taking up staff time, while an untold number of past and potential clients simply went elsewhere with their business.
Solution: Premiere Creative designed and built five new HTML-based websites incorporating SEO content. We also developed an authoritative blog about the wedding industry, integrated photographs, videos and menus throughout the sites, and created an elegant look and feel so that each restaurant is unique yet part of the family.
